Refund Policy

1. Return Period You have the right to return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Eligibility To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must include a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

4. Partial Refunds In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer (in the case of cash on delivery), within a few working days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Then contact your credit card company (if applicable)

  • Then contact your bank – there is often a processing delay

7. Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@onlineoffertstore.com and include your order number and a description of the issue.
